Calverthealth Outpatient Rehabilitation (CHOR)

Calverthealth Outpatient Rehab is staffed with experienced, Board Certified and Licensed Physical and Occupational Therapists and PT/OT Assistants.

Physical Therapy

Our Physical Therapists are movement experts specializing in optimizing your quality of life, maximizing your function and restoring your independence.
